This massive mural covered the front of the entire building. Visitors to the site can stroll along the building as if they were journeying through an open book.
Amidst the Perpetual, undulating waves depicted in the mural, titled, Time in a Tide Pool, visitors can encounter Steinbeck's words:
"... to look from the Tide pool to the Stars and back to the Tide Pool Again..."
